These disclosure requirements apply to entities which engage in Non-Profit activities. These requirements are in addition to the Core Disclosure Requirements common to all Privacy Commons Frameworks.
Note: A single entity or organization may perform functions in more than one industry, even if that organization is not regulated in that industry. For example, a universities are clearly in the Education Industry. However, universities also maintain vast amounts of health information for thousands of students. They may also store financial information, and sell goods or services. Thus, a university should conform to several of the industry-specific disclosure requirements. We hope to build tools to make writing a multi-faceted privacy policy easier in the future.
Examples of Non-Profit Activities: . Non-profit organizations which also engage in other activities (such as Goods and Services or Financial activities) which subject them to additional disclosure requirements.
